TVOD Revenue model

From each film rental through a publisher website, 58% of the income goes to the content owner, 21% to the publisher and 21% to eyelet. At the end of each month, we will deduct streaming costs based on films rented. Streaming & payment costs are divided between the supplier, publisher and eyelet and deducted from the total gross income. The streaming costs vary. Here is a graph to explain that in-depth:

SVOD Revenue model

SVOD Revenue model follows the same logic, from each subscription 58% of the income goes to the content owner, 21% to the publisher and 21% to eyelet. The logic of the commissioning stays the same after the user watches more than 4 films. The tricky part is, as the subscription can be used on other publishers VODs and films watched can be owned by different suppliers, then revenue will be divided between different publishers and suppliers.

As usual, at the end of each month, we will deduct streaming costs based on films rented. Streaming & payment costs are divided between the supplier, publisher and eyelet and deducted from the total gross income. The streaming costs vary.

Promotional Codes for Publishers

Each publisher can create promotional codes to facilitate their marketing campaigns. A publisher has to cover the discount that they give to a user to cover the missing commission of the supplier and eyelet. The cost will be deducted directly from the revenue at the end of each month.
